My name is Beckie and I’m a Mindset and Confidence coach, yoga and fitness instructor with a background in the Performing Arts.
Having worked in the industry of performing arts for several years I wanted to ensure that my health and wellbeing, both mental and physical was always the best it could be. When I first started looking for help I turned to experts in the field of NLP, hypnosis and counselling, but what I noticed with all of these forms of support, was that it always about me: limiting beliefs, self doubt and occasional unhappiness, so I started to look beyond the external factors and more about what was inside.
During the past few years I have explored and collected many different strategies, tools and techniques to help me through challenging times and although I’m still learning and developing all the time, I felt it was the right time to share some of my experiences that I hope will resonate with you in some way, shape or form.
This year is a big year for me as I am moving to Australia to start a brand new chapter in my life. As well as some amazing opportunities, I’m sure it will not be without some difficulty and challenge, but I am so excited to see how my experiences help me to grow as a person.
